And, as is customarywith the Thai way of doing things, they will be more than happy to help youwith paperwork, communicating with officials, and will provide whatever helpthey can (including the occasional delicious curry). They make excellentneighbours, and can help link you with the local Expat and Thai communities.
There are plenty of local amenitiesincluding ATMs, a 7-11, Tesco, plus a local market on Tuesdays and Fridays foryour groceries, and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.
