You really are in the Jungles of Thailand. The drive out is
spectacular. Mountains covered in green jungle,Golden
temples perched on mountain tops, tiny muslim villages
where the kids still come out to wave at you,it's pretty
amazing.

The restaurant is cheap enough for those on a tight budget yet
romantic enough to propose in. The food and the scenery is stunning.
At the very top of the hill there is a fresh water swimming pool which
is carved out of the mountain, and again, it's stunning too.

We stayed here for one night as we were spending five weeks
travelling around thailand and this has has to be one of the
most idylic places we stayed at. The chalet we stayin in was
at the lower end of the price scale so it was basic very clean
though we had a fan and an attached bathroom so we were
back to basics.We are unsure what ammenities some of the
other chalets have.

The location was just perfect by a stunning river in the
mounains and just so peacefull. Also the food was
amazing we pre ordered a special meal for the evening
and found it to be one of the best meals of our whole
trip.Some of the cabins are perched high up and you
need to be relativly fit to get to them but im sure if you
asked a lower room could be arranged.At the highest
point of the resort is a fresh water swimming pool
which was heaven nestled i amongst lush vegitation.
Also there is a computer you can use here free of
charge we so loved this place.


The rooms are fan rooms, there are no TV's,
room service or phone lines. The bungalows
have big decks to take in the nature, and I just love it.
At night time, you really feel like you are alone in a jungle.
You can organise 'proper' jungle trekking in advance too,
since it is on the edge of a truely undeveloped national park,
but I just like to sit and look at it!!

Owners and staff are lovely, I do recommend this place
and I have been coming here for 3 years.
