  • Maintenance: coordinating repairs, using trusted local contractors, and keeping the landlord informed of costs before work is carried out.
  • Building liaison: dealing with the condominium's juristic office on the landlord's behalf for anything from common fees to building rules.
  • Move-out inspection: checking the unit's condition against the move-in inventory and handling the deposit fairly for both parties.
