For Bangkok, Jomtien sits close to Sukhumvit Road, giving straightforward access to the motorway network -- typically a 90 minute to two-hour drive depending on traffic and which part of Bangkok you're heading to. U-Tapao airport, which serves a growing number of domestic and some international routes, is also a manageable drive south of Jomtien.
