Jomtien is laid out in a series of roads running parallel to the beach, and which one you choose affects both price and lifestyle.
Beach Road runs right along the sand -- direct beach access, sea views on the front-facing units, and the highest rents. Second Road sits one block back: still walkable to the beach in a few minutes, generally quieter, and noticeably better value than beachfront. Third Road (also known as Thappraya Road) is further back again, favoured by tenants who want more space for their budget and don't mind a short drive or walk to the beach.
