Jomtien Third Road -- known locally as Thappraya Road -- runs parallel to the beach, a few minutes further inland than Jomtien Beach Road and Second Road. It trades sea views for space and value: houses, townhouses and larger condo developments here are typically 15-30% cheaper than an equivalent unit closer to the sand.

Expect a mix of pool-villa estates, mid-rise condos and standalone houses, many built for long-term residents rather than short-stay tourists. Parking is easier to find and units tend to be larger for the price than anything directly on the beach road.
