East Pattaya Pobchocke. This is a nice village more in line with the East side of Bang Saray, aproximately 20kms from Jomtien. The village is going to have bungalows and 2 storey houses pictured here. The village is set on a hillside offering a fantastic view of the mountain ranges that line the South of Pattaya. With Pattaya, Sattahip or Rayong cities no more than 20 minutes away, plus miles of unspoilt palm fringed beaches that are absent now in Jomtien or Pattaya. The village has its own club house and mini mart, plus a communal swimming pool. The developer is well into the 2nd phase of 3, but has seperate access when commencing phase 3 so as not to disturb phase 2.
