Description
East Pattaya Pobchocke. This is a nice village more in line with the East side of Bang Saray, approximately 20Km from Jomtien. Homes here range in land size and house/bedroom size. The village is set on a hillside offering a fantastic view of the mountain ranges that line the South of Pattaya. With Pattaya, Satahip, or Rayong cities no more than 20 minutes away, plus miles of unspoilt palm fringed beaches that are absent now in Jomtien or Pattaya. The village has its own club house and mini mart, plus a communal swimming pool. The developer is well into the 2nd phase of 3, but has separate access when commencing e 3 so as not to disturb phase 2. Houses are selling out fast due to the price, but be prepared to spend a little more to finish the home off properly. Houses now under Thai ownership and transfer fees to be paid by the buyer.
