Jomtien Yacht Club. This coastal village provides boat mooring for all homes. Jomtien Yacht Club is located at the southern end of Jomtien beach close to plenty of luxury housing, and condo projects. There is access to some great beaches and various highway connections from Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi International airport, U-Tapao airport, the Eastern Seaboard and just 10 minutes from excitement of downtown Pattaya. This 2 storey house is on a nice corner plot inside the village. The downstairs space is all open plan, with a separate kitchen, and store room. Through the living room you come out to the patio area and the private boat mooring on the waterside. Upstairs, one of the three bedrooms have access to the upper terrace which also has nice views of the waterways.
