Golden Pattaya Condominium. Located a few metres off Naklua road and just minutes from the city centre, everything is very accessible. Naklua Road is a busy street with many coffee shops, eateries, and all the typical shops and businesses likely to be found in the centre of town. The condominium was taken over in 2003, and the new owners completely renovated the whole entire building to European standards, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, and swimming pool. This studio unit is located on the 5th floor of the 12 storey building. It's tidy but could use a few modern upgrades to be made very comfortable.
