Mabprachan Garden Resort. This very open secure village is located right next to the serene Mabprachan Lake. The village is secure, with very wide roads and plenty of space between the houses giving a nice calming feeling with lots of greenery everywhere. Mabprachan Garden Resort provides entrance security and a large communal swimming pool. Within the immediate neighbourhood are a whole host of excellent Western, Indian & Thai restaurants, sports bars, and some busy streets with plenty of local shops for anything needed. You will also have simple access to all 3 highway/motorway routes which lead to surrounding industrial areas, and provinces. The house itself has been very well maintained, inside and out and has good furnishings throughout the home. As you enter, there is covered private parking, and a small front patio along with a nice mature garden. There are covered spaces to the rear of the house, with reserve water tanks, water pumps and a laundry/utility room. Each bedroom is very spacious, with the upstairs master bedroom having its own small living room and terrace. The property is available for rent with a (minimum) 12 month rental agreement, and a 2 month security deposit.
